A life coach can help you with just about any change you want to make in your life. Some people will seek out a life coach to help them with a particular problem like work stress, overeating, overdrinking or a particular relationship issue they are having.
Some people are going through a transition in their life and will use coaching sessions to help them make a decision.
Others may have goals that they want to accomplish and want the support and 1:1 focus that a life coach can give.
Sometimes I see clients who have been through therapy and are functioning but what they really want is to thrive! In all instances, the client wants to make a change or improvement of some sort.
